Meditation for World Peace with Puja Madan

In these uncertain times, there is nothing more meaningful than joining together with intention and compassion, mediating for the safety and peace of all living beings. This session will include calming music, a guided meditation and a discussion about the power of meditation and emotional mastery when we feel helpless about the suffering of others. The focus is on heartfelt hope and the development of love and compassion. The session, led by Puja, will replace the regularly programmed Tibetan meditation on second Wednesdays.

No prior experience is necessary. Bring an open mind and heart, a light belly, and your friends!

This is a donation based event and no one will be turned away for lack of funds. All are welcome.
