World Music Weekends / Live at Timucua: “Pardes,” meaning “Orchard” in Hebrew, is a quartet born from the creative synergy of four close friends. Their journey began in 2018 when they embarked on a continuous musical exploration within the idyllic confines of Orian Rose’s studio, nestled at the heart of a vibrant orchard in a picturesque village in central Israel.
Their music is a delightful fusion of diverse influences, blending the rich tapestries of Middle Eastern, Moroccan, and Western musical traditions into a harmonious whole. Now, all four members of the quartet call the bustling streets of New York City home, where they are making an impact on the local music scene.
