Raised in Daytona Beach, they are now an Orlando-based artist. Alex received their BFA in Graphic Design from the University of Central Florida in 2019. They are an intuitive watercolor painter and book artist. With their knowledge of graphic design and an eye for visual communication, this led them to their pursuit in self-publication and zinemaking. Their work creates a narrative for their personal experiences, Asian identity, and spirituality.

Alex has attended the artist residency, Chateau Orquevaux in France and has since shown work at various book fairs and exhibitions local and internationally. Book fairs include, New York Art Book Fair, Queer Trans Zine Fest (Rhode Island), Bergen Art Book Fair (Norway) with Three Fifty Collective, Yummy Zine Fair (Miami), Orlando Zine Fest with the Book Arts Guild of CFL, Tampa Zine Fest, Tallahassee Zine Fest, and Duval Comic and Zine Festival.
