We will have wine and answers to all of your questions. Then, stay for the Sam Rivers Legacy Rejuvenation Orchestra rehearsal… it’s always a good time!
Jazz Series / Live at Timucua: Get ready for an electrifying time celebrating Sam Rivers’ legacy. For 25 years, Doug Mathews laid down the groove as bassist for the incomparable Sam Rivers. As a member of the RivBea Orchestra, Sam’s illustrious big band, Doug honed his craft alongside jazz legends. In celebration of what would have been Sam’s 100th birthday, Doug has brought together a dynamic ensemble of original members and eager young talents.
The Rejuvenation Orchestra rehearses at Timucua on every first Sunday of the month.
Tickets are pay what you like.
