Ella & the Bossa Beat CANCELLED

Special exhibition of works by Jason Hunt.

Ella & The Bossa Beat is a mixture of soulful contemporary and Brazilian Jazz styles, formed by the father/daughter duo Ella and Magrus Borges. Ella was born in Miami and raised in Brazil. She plays piano, guitar, writes lyrics and sings her own compositions both in English, Portuguese and Spanish. Magrus Borges is a drummer/ composer and producer born in Brazil- played and recorded with many international artists such as Shakira, Grace Jones, Astrud Gilberto and currently records and tours with Bebel Gilberto.

They just recently released their new CD-My Remedy- featuring all original compositions which are available on CD and all digital platforms.

For this performance, they will be teamed up with Marco Bojorquez on acoustic bass, Daniel Kelley Howard on guitar, and special guest Daniel Jordan on sax and flute. They will be playing original songs from the CD and some Brazilian Bossa Nova and jazz standards. Don’t miss this special night!!!
