Beemo is an acoustic Americana band with mountain music roots from Orlando, Fl. Their sound is a blend of indie-rock, Irish folk, bluegrass, and elements of the singer/songwriter gene, drawing inspiration from REM, Johnny Cash, Nickel Creek and Ray LaMontagne.

The band has been featured on 90.7 NPR’s Intersection, WPRK Rollins College radio and 104.1 Real Radio’s Sunday Morning Coming Down show.

Beemo began as a collaborative effort between vocalist Dan Harshbarger and Sean Quinn. The duo added mandolin player/guitarist Matt Juliano, bassist Anthony Mickle, and, most recently, percussionist Justin Braun to complete the lineup

Wide Awake, Beemo’s third EP, was released in September 2015. Wide Awake is a collection of songs with uplifting vocals, driving rhythms and nimble guitar and mandolin work.  The band is promoting the EP at Central Florida festivals, live music venues and arts and cultural events.

$10-$20 suggested donation. Please also bring food or wine to share.

Special exhibition of works by  Jene Omens.
